The dirty medium enters the filter housing through the inlet nozzle and hits the filter element from inside to outside, i.e. all dirt particles above
the defined degree of filtration are caught by the filter means. The cleaned medium flows into the outlet nozzle via the ring
channel and the reservoir below the separating shaft, which separates dirt- from clean side. With growing imptity of the filter basket the pressure difference increases between dirt side and clean side. The
filter element`s degree of impurity should be monitored by means of a pressure gauge with limit indicator ( on part of the builder).
If the max. permissible pressure difference is reched, the filter basket has to be cleaned, replaced by a new or clean one respectively..
