Sieve basket filter
The dirty medium enters the filter housing through the inlet nozzle and hits the filter element from inside to outside, i.e. all dirt particles above
the defined degree of filtration are caught by the filter means. The cleaned medium flows into the outlet nozzle via the ring channel and the reservoir below the separating shaft, which separates dirt- from
clean side. With growing imptity of the filter basket the pressure difference increases between dirt side and clean side. The filter element`s degree of impurity should be monitored by means of a pressure
gauge with limit indicator ( on part of the builder).
If the max. permissible pressure difference is reched, the filter basket has to be cleaned, replaced by a new or clean one respectively..
